MOT Test Centres

We adapt our solutions to MOT test centres

We have solutions for the extraction of exhaust gases and fumes at MOT test centres.

Range of FUTURE solutions for this type of facility:

Simple suction kit

Characteristics:
  • Centrifugal vacuum cleaner of medium pressure and simple suction with casing and turbine made of sheet steel.
  • Power: 2.2 KW.
  • Black neoprene hose, with spiral that allows it to recover its shape in case of crushing.
  • Option of hose collector by means of automatic spring rocker, ratchet system.
  • Nozzle equipped with a 360º rotation system to avoid twisting the hose.
  • Compatible for light and heavy vehicles

Articulated suction arm

The definitive solution for MOT test centres:
  • UP TO 10 METRES OF COVERAGE RADIO
  • ERGONOMIC
  • MORE SPACE IN PASSAGE AREA
  • CLEAN AND NEAT
  • IMAGE
Characteristics:
  • Three-joint arm.
  • 360º rotation system in the nozzle, which facilitates positioning with respect to the exhaust pipe
  • External finish of the arm made with galvanized tube of 200 mm in diameter and flexible joints.
  • Medium pressure centrifugal vacuum cleaner with simple casing and steel sheet turbine.
  • Power: 2.2 KW.
  • Feeding: 220/380 V.
  • Special nozzle for aspiration in opacity tests, with a chassis made of stainless steel. Equipped with four swivel wheels, two of them with brakes, and a grill to avoid the aspiration of objects.
  • Hopper made of galvanized sheet.
  • Height adjustment is not necessary and it can be used as an opacimeter holder.
  • Compatible for light and heavy vehicles

Hood for Double exhaust pipe

Characteristics:
  • Suction hood to cover the entire rear of the vehicles.
  • System with special sliding doors for vehicles with twin exhaust outlet.
  • Telescopic system adaptable both in length and in working angle.
  • The aspiration can be via underground or vertically.
  • Compatible for light and heavy vehicles.

Vertical Exhaust Kit

Characteristics:
  • Centrifugal vacuum cleaner of medium pressure and simple suction with casing and turbine made of sheet steel.
  • Feeding: Three-phase 220/380 V
  • Power: 2.2 Kw
  • 3 meter long articulated arm made of polished aluminium with external joints so as not to lose suction capacity (option to supply other lengths).
  • Optimal system for vehicles with the exhaust pipe in the upper part in a vertical position.
  • System initially designed for exhaust extraction at MOT test centres, but also suitable for bus stations, bus depots, garages or mechanics’ workshops.

Nozzle kit opacity test, particle filter regeneration and power bank

Characteristics:
  • Special nozzle for aspiration in opacity tests.
  • Hopper made of galvanized sheet.
  • Installed on a stainless steel trolley.
  • Equipped with four swivel wheels, two of them with brakes, and a grill to prevent the suction of larger objects.
  • Nozzle with generous opening that does not make it necessary to adjust it in height. It can even be used as an opacimeter holder.
  • Nozzle covered on the top and bottom with rubber to avoid damaging the bodywork of the vehicles.
  • Compatible for light and heavy vehicles and possibility of underground installation

Automatic Kit

Characteristics:
  • Gas extraction system for moving vehicles.
  • Automatic return system to the initial position.
  • Automatic disconnection of the nozzles at the end of the route.
  • Multi-point installation for vacuuming multiple vehicles online.
  • Compatible for light and heavy vehicles.
